I've decided I only like Sally's storylines now. Ghosts and their after-life angst are more interesting to me than Josh and Nora's werewolf-couple processing or all the vampire posturing.

Why was its under-development frustrating? That sounds a bit boring - perhaps the word "bureaucracy" always will. I don't see much potential for that as a long term arc, so I'm hoping it's wrapped up quickly. Did the UK version make it seem more appetizing?
I like the show so far, although last night was my second viewing, and it seemed a little more formulaic seen again. I like the actress who plays Madsen, but I don't think she's suited for the part - it's not just her baby face, but a general softness overall that comes off as very sheltered and lightweight.
No. For one thing, cocks lack the dexterity that is effective here (and is found better in a tongue or fingers.) Girth is nice but it isn't everything.
Sounds like it wasn't just the sex ed that was bad but the porn as well.
I felt like someone wanted to put Jensen Ackles in a fedora and wrote an episode around it. It just didn't feel as clever or relevant as most episodes feel - my attention wandered quite a bit, which hardly ever happens during Supernatural.
It was one of the biggest hits of the fall season. I think it started slow and then word of mouth kicked in.
I feel like it already is required in some ways. I'm not on Facebook and get criticized for it both socially (people would rather just do invites or announcements on Facebook and find telling me separately a hassle) and professionally (it's assumed that someone in my fields has promotional Facebook pages and my lack…
The first sentence of the synopsis sounds like a poly Harlequin romance.
And Britt Ekland and her body double dancing around.
Your existence has been validated! Lucky girl.
I saw the Alcatraz and River pilots and liked both. The River was a little too jerky/Paranormal Activity-style, and I could see it going off the rails. But Alcatraz was fun (and I'm not going to lie, a large part of its appeal is getting to see Jorge Garcia on a regular basis. Sam Neill, too.) Fingers crossed that it…
I get that a lot at Comic Con when I ask for an esoteric back issue - "is this for your boyfriend?" Really obnoxious. Or they assume that all you read is manga.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who was flashing back to the X files during that telephone line scene. It was so ... unSupernatural.
Yeah, I find it irritating when straight or vanilla people ask me if I had sex with a specific person, or how many people I've had sex with, because they seem to only count PIV (or oral if I'm with a woman.) It also excludes BDSM scenes which can be just as sexually intense, even if the scenes don't include their idea…
They may also have interpreted the question differently. Pitching or receiving, oral, fingers, toys - some people may have different definitions of what "counts" as having anal.
I never thought I would lose interest in David Lynch, but lately I've felt that his best years are behind him. I hope I'm wrong and he comes out with another great film but he seems more interested in his other media.
My favorites of the year were Batwoman, Animal Man, the revived Dark Shadows, and while not technically new material, the Manara volumes that just started getting released.
It's about mental images for me. I'd rather hear that you didn't feel well, than hear every detail of your diarrhea. And I understand some people feel the same way about sex but there's frequently a moral judgement based solely on description. Like if I describe a relationship as fuckbuddies, I have friends who will…
What I can't stand are people who coyly use sexual euphemisms but gasp at the same acts when referred to in literal terms. Same thing, people.
