I own the Corsair M90 and I really like it. The build quality is top notch, and it feels very nice in the hand. Nice weight to it, nice texture. I wouldn't go as far as saying it's the absolute best, but it won't dissappoint.

You can very easily use a controller and sit on a couch while playing on a PC. You can also buy a pre-built if you don't want to put it together yourself. As for the Keep/Evernote debate, it's really simple. Keep is clean and intuitive, but it lacks many of the features that Evernote has.
