oh, I just found another article about it. It looks like he DID use threat of force or violence and she did NOT willingly have sex with him. He went in through a window at a house where she was attending a sleepover. He also apparently fled to Mexico after the arrest warrant was issued.

One time I was stuck in traffic and there was a Jax Teller look-a-like on a Jax Teller look-a-like motorcycle right behind me. I really wanted to take a picture of him to send to my sister but I decided it was too creepy (also he would have had a clear view of me taking a picture of him, so....)
I don't care at all that he lashed out (actually I don't care at all about Jonah Hill) but it was his use of that particular word as his go-to insult that's the problem. When you throw out slurs it is never excusable.
