You’re assuming they use karts that can actually move. Most tracks like this use the incredibly crippled version of go-karts that go, like, 20 mph tops.

Seriously download some random person’s Roller Coaster Tycoon design and you’d be better off.

You have an opportunity to make a four story kart track and waste it on a giant corkscrew and then a hill. And that’s it.
