Interesting point, I never thought about that. Police is the 16th most dangerous job in the US according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics. Behind pilots, roofers, truck drivers, garbage men, farmers, iron workers, landscapers, Construction laborers, and agricultural workers.

And once again let’s remind everyone that statistically being a police officer is not nearly as dangerous as many other professions.

Yeah I thought that was really weird to have here. They took the step when so many corporate landlords aren’t doing shit.  Like why are they being called out here?

I have no issues with Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard owning a building and I think they’re being really good landlords by not charging rent for April. It’s decent and I wish my apartment complex would do the same.

Stuff like this is important regardless of the stakes (meaning whether its video games or working in a hospital) because so much is built on the backs of the people working. While changes like this don’t change the world, they do a world of change for an individual.

This makes tons of sense to me and it seems like a great step to take.
