I think we’re far closer to solving nuclear fusion than convincing Karens to use the correct lane.

Our highways aren’t designed generally to the standard the autobahn is.
The Roxor was just a test run.
Agreed, the CVT's are killing them. Make the Pathfinder a proper SUV again and work on those interiors
Also, not being such terrible efficiency hogs. I wanted an I-Pace, but I cannot get over the fact of how short the range is for that battery size. JLR should have just bought used Model S’s and thrown the motors and batteries into their own models.
Have you seen a Roxor? They are literally half the size of a current Wrangler. No one who can pass as mentally competent is going to confuse the two.
As long as they have 480V service, this would be possible.
I wonder if the problem is less people “not wanting” them than EV’s being manufactured as if they’re going to be replacements for gas cars when it’s obvious that they’re actually an alternative purchase when a gas car dies (such that their adoption rate is limited by the natural rate of vehicle turnover).
Do you ever wonder why your girlfriend is sizing up everyone’s dicks?
Texan here. Seeing vertical stacks and coal rolling in Texas is a rarity and not a Texan thing.
A Roxor beach patrol buggie would be amazing
He did slander a complete stranger, repeatedly calling him a child rapist, for no reason.
That’s a shit idea. They should ditch the CVTs entirely and use conventional torque-converter transmissions, or even a DCT where the application warrants.
Thats what people don’t understand about Nissan’s sales going down. That CVT transmission they put in everything has been know to break down. I remember renting cars and brand new cvt nissans within the first year of rental service (25-35k miles). People lost confidence in the brand and it shows now with sales. Plus…
Oh yay, another struggling automaker that is going to solve its problems by moving upmarket, which means more expensive. The real challenge that no one wants to take on anymore is built a less expensive car that isn’t seen as a penalty box. Something that is aspirational, but not because of its price point.
I’ve rented two Sentras this year and was amazed by how nice they are inside. The Corolla I rented was junk by comparison. And to be honest, the cheap tires on the Sentra had good grip too. The real problem is the powertrain. The CVT is adequate but the engine moos like an excited cow whenever I hit the gas, while…
Snarkiness is fundamental to millennial communication, they can’t help it. Smug self superiority is their substitute for being interesting.
I think the development of both us better for us. Sweet tech is being developed and the demand for pure EVs is huge.
Just for the record.... THIS is the direction the industry should be headed.
The OG is such a better truck than this latest bloated faux-copmobile. You could hop curbs, rocks and do all kinds of silly hoon stuff in the OG. The temptation to bro-park on the curb was real before we sold off Dad’s. I hope whoever bought it kept my elementary school sticker on the rear bumper. (Period-correct!)
