42k miles on a BMW airhead, over 25 years is NOT high

Does this guy really want to sell it? He is limiting the number of prospective buyers by being a jerk.  A little high on the price too.  CP for the sellers attitude alone.

I can’t give away my 2012 BMW K1300 for this same price with 1/3 the miles. Used GS Values are very high

Yeah, you need to have the original block to qualify for the million miler award. It is a million mile shell, but that is about it.

2 engine replacements?

wanted to argue but then remembered CVT

No, I believe the deal is that if you take the driving test in an automatic, you get an automatic-only license and can't legally drive anything with a manual, unless you go and retake the test in one.

The same Americans you come crying to when Germany starts marching about.

Smarts never really caught on in America

I think the idea behind the car is good, for many people that just commute by themselves to work each day they don’t need much more than this.

And if they did? Don’t shame people for making a new account so they can get involved with the conversation by providing their own thoughts and opinions. That’s what makes a community and that your article inspired them to take that action and join it should make you feel good about it.  Unless you’re saying people

The Union of Concerned Scientists is a political organization, not a scientific organization. Hence, anything they claim is for political purposes, not objective scientific purposes. Just like this article.

They are exceptionally adequate motor cars.

I would also add Community College & Trade Schools to that list

When is the last time you’ve had an open-minded policy conversation with a Republican? Probably never, I’d guess. Republicans have to send their kids to school too. They care very much about whether it’s affordable. I think you would be very surprised how many Republican voters would approve of that plan.

I mean, we’ve only been capturing and using biogas for a couple of decades.

Yet paying off student loans and having universal healthcare is socialism...but those profitable oil companies still need handouts.

EVERYBODY has peer reviewed research of some sort. Coke has peer reviewed research which shows that giving babies six liters of pop a day is just peaches. UCS has put out enough biased bullshit that they are suspect. The research used in this article may be perfectly accurate, precise, and checked to the fourth

Yes, Chevy let the Volt down big time.  And now it’s cancelled, but was seemingly the best option available at the time.  It would allow me to get to work and back on electric only, and then give me good fuel mileage beyond that.  What was the problem exactly?

“‘green’ methane,” a product which does not exist.
