I am assuming labor in a decent shop too. I can do that work myself for ~$10k in parts but just looking at the whole package.

That Panamera’s pretty much twice the price though.
It’s a bit we do... that torturing of ourselves.
The real trick is to get a couple of lawn sprinkers (the discs/arc types work best IMO), daisy chain them together, place them under the car, turn on the water & adjust pressure as needed - less the better, wait 45 minutes.
Heavy tint, my friend. Heavy, dark, dark tint. Best investment I made when I had a Fit.
Although Honda is my favorite brand, based on my 2003 CR-V, 2006 Element, and (current) 2011 Fit, Honda ACs are wimpy in general. On the Fit it’s compounded by solar heating through the huge windows.
Wait. A $45k near-lux sedan with a four cylinder?
I know 3 people who own early 2010's fits, and all 3 of them complain that on long drives the A/C stops working or works badly. Is this a thing with these cars or are my friends just super unlucky?
They’ll likely pull out of the US once MB gets enough of their EQ line on our shores. The skeleton crew of remaining dealerships really don’t even want to service existing cars, let alone sell new ones.

“FIFTEEN GRAND FOR A NEARLY 20 YEAR OLD SUV”
I own a third gen 4Runner like this and secretly celebrate how values have been ballooning up the last 5 years or so. But $9k-10k will get you a REALLY nice, stick-shift, rear-diff-lock equipped original 3.4L gas engine truck that won’t have the reliability issues of a…
This is like the CP smorgasboard!!!

Fellow Libertarian here. I believe the inverse. Driving is a privilege, therefore I have no issue with insurance being mandatory... unless you can prove you have enough net worth to be self insured. I won a lawsuit against an uninsured driver. Let me tell you, wage garnishments for the rest of her life have basically…
Here’s is a lineup of Toyota vehicles that have been in my family.
Really? This car is nearly 25 years old with 200k on the odo. I think anything over $1.5k is robbery.
I know it’s not nearly as fast nor nimble as today’s cars, and I even understand the argument against the 500E, but this is still in my Top 10 Best Cars List and forever will be.
Natural gas lines or propane all throughout ohio. I would love to be able to fill up at home.
The whole filling up at home part seems like a super great way to disrupt an aging and entrenched business model (oil). If the giant tanks in your trunk don't stop you that is
