I love when truck bros talk about how the Honda Ridgeline isn’t a real truck when it’s exactly the amount of truck just about 90% of truck owners actually “need.” And in reality the bed is only 3 inches shorter than the 5'7" bed of most crewcab 1500s or the 5'6 bed of crewcab F-150s.

That’s completely stupid.

If I could buy another RWD, stickshift, no-screens e91 BMW wagon I would be leaving skidmarks to get to the dealership. I don’t know that I would even care what the price was very much.

I can’t be the only one who thinks this is kind of awesome, right? Isn’t this basically peak-Jalop? Buying the cars of yesteryear that we claim to pine for, but also with a warranty?

You shouldn’t, because it looks good!

is this a safe space to admit that I don't hate the look of it?

Oops...looks like it was published. Guess you can’t cry some nonsense about how it’s your First Amendment right to have your anonymous post on a private website heard.

The article says it locks at least, which was a question I had as well. I was worried that at some point you’d hear it flapping in the wind on the freeway but maybe not if it locks. As for drainage, who knows.

A phev uses 1/4-1/5 of the battery of a full electric. It can provide 90% of the daily use as full electric.

This article goes on and on and never really details what the sponsorship issue actually is. Oh, they filmed here, then there was a strike, which is over, none of which is relevant to the story.

The front diff and halfshafts have already been deleted. My 996 Turbo is RWD only.

Is there ever going to come a point where we collectively get over the whole “not a real Mustang” thing or are we just going to keep holding on to the “good old days” forever?

Well, sure. You’ve got to be psychotic to buy an Altima!

I bet your wife would observe that both of your comments zeroed in on this man’s wealth and then ask you why money elicits hostile feelings.

What are you talking about? The G35/7 was a darling of the magazines when it came out, and it won a couple Car and Driver comparison tests early on.

Murica, big better.

What? Isn’t the entire procedure obvious? You dump the avocados in a bin, they get fed into a box, you see absolutely nothing that happens in the box, and a bowl of peeled, halved, avocados magically appear in a bowl in a drawer! What more do you need?

I used to do this job, and if you think we're inspecting the avocados and only using the best, ripest ones I have some bad news for you...

To be fair, if you’re eating at a Chipotle, you’re not actually worried about eating shitty food.

Most Michiganders love the fact that the Island is vehicle free and limits things like electric bikes. It’s part of the charm and history and one reason why people like to visit. Locally, this will most likely be viewed as a positive story than a negative. I sure do.
