In the 2 picture examples shown, in the first they say it is trying to pass unsafely, there is clearly a blind spot warning active, meaning it wont switch lanes yet.
They failed to mention the car will also move you out of the passing lane, as well as what settings the car was set at for passing/following distance etc.
