I never said we were a Christian nation, rather that our laws were based on Christian values. But many here jumped to the conclusion that I meant that. Others jumped to the conclusion that I was defending Christianity. I am not. I’m merely stating that our country was founded with a strong influence from the religion.

I think I see what are you saying. But it’s silly. You extend this to it’s logical conclusion since it’s so broad, then is Ames Manufacturing Company (est. 1774) a “Christian Company” instead of a manufacturing company because the of the “values of the day” when it was founded? That’s what it sounds like you are

General values of the day were Christian based? Like what? What values? Please specify these values that you insist are Christian based, and the basis for US Government.

The laws and rights that you enjoy as an American were created and founded on Christian values.

Thanks. How fast them centrifugal compressors spin up to?

Again, you didn’t ask for a candidate that was going “somewhere”. And please, there are already incumbents at the state and federal level that think the Earth is 6000 years old, faculty led prayer should be “back in schools”, that Evolution is “just a theory” and in danger of “imminent collapse”. Not to mention we had

You asked for it, you got an example. Now you dismiss it entirely. Nice. Way to move the goal posts. There are governors and congress critters that think the Earth is 6000 years old, want faculty lead prayer forced in to schools, and think that Sharia law is coming to America.

Not really. I don’t know why people think this. They were based on enlightenment ideals, not any specific religion. That most of the founders were “religious”, if you use the term loosely, does not mean the US was “founded on Christian values”.

With a dashcam recording, this means you get a free car and they get to potentially go to jail.

Flashing brights is aggressive? It’s polite. Even a couple quick taps on the horn is. Just trying to get their attention. Aggressive is coming in at speed behind them at a “REALLY high rate”.

I like when I’ve attempted to signal to the guy ahead of me in the left lane to move over... a few moments later he does! And as I start to get elated that my signalling was effective I realize they’re just sliding across 3 lanes of traffic to get to the exit they’re about to miss.

low budget?

$150 is nothing to someone who’s rich. Fixed fines are regressive. They do not work equally.

They just tailgate and never write tickets for it. Then they wonder why they sit behind so many drivers in the left lane....

NJ has them for school zones. Only god damned law here that makes sense. Construction zones (empty ones)? no dice.

What do you mean dropping wheels? When one wheel goes off the track? What are you supposed to do? Turn the wheel in the direction of momentum and slow down?

Heh. int32 max.

There’s also the Z31 Turbo, which is dirt cheap but not that exciting. Better is the Z32TT, which can sort of be had for around 12-15k in good condition. Or ratted out for 5.

Yeah let’s get some MPs up on the top of the 135 to arrest those Russians!

Well, if people don’t like stereotypes, they should stop living up to them.
