All I’m suggesting is that he was the right man, at the right time to lead Apple to what it is today. That there’s no guarantee that if he’d lived, that Apple would be any better than they are today.

Apple was and is profitable such to make King Midas blush. Tesla is not, and depends on the cult of Musk to raise capital. Other than the reality distortion field, Tesla is NOTHING like Apple.

I think he already got somewhat of a pass. If this was any other CEO that manipulated the stock price like that the SEC would have taken about 10 minutes, not a month and a half.

So he is facing a lawsuit by SEC. A giant fine. A criminal probe from Justice Department that could land him in jail (probably not). He will also most likely be removed as CEO, cause this shit is serious and the board is not happy and will swing an ax.
