I wish that driver assistance systems were designed so that they amplified the drivers skill rather than replaced it. Something like GM’s night vision for example. It actually makes night driving safer.

The difference to me is that an average driver will look through the windows of the car in front. I don’t think radar can do that. The Tesla can only see the car directly in front of it.
