I would definitely look into a day pass. The only problem with the “cheap” gyms is they usually want your checking account info, charge an annual fee, and are very difficult to cancel.

This is what I get for being behind on my blog feed. I even had cans of San Pellegrino grapefruit sitting in my kitchen. Maybe I can celebrate a belated cinco with a paloma tonight after toddler gym class.

This seems to go along with using the correct words for anatomy. My 2 year old loves to tell us that he and daddy have a penis and mommy and his sister have a vulva. But his little friend at school calls it a wee-wee and he doesn’t know why.

My 2 and 4 year olds were throwing around “ridiculous” and “preposterous”. It was adorable. The 2 year old also loves to point out his favorite dinosaur: “brachiosaurus”. Of course I also love it when they use slang back at me. A popular term in our house is “nope dot com”.

Pullups are just really expensive diapers it doesn’t do any good if the kid doesn’t feel the wetness. We followed the “Oh Crap” potty training method and they even recommend having the kid go commando because undies feel too much like a diaper. worked great for both my son and my daughter.

Have you tried a dream pee? When we were potty training my daughter we could usually get her up for a pee when we were going to bed and she rarely had an accident after that. Kept it up for about six months.
