 I would love that. I’ve had father figures in my life but no one who literally filled that space. (Bio dad left before I was born, we’ve never met.) My father-in-law is the closest I’ve ever had. It’s actually really sweet when he’ll call me up out of the blue to talk football or just see how I’m doing.

Ugh, my daughter starts kindergarten this fall. Luckily, the daycare that she currently goes to with her brother does pick-up and drop-off at that elementary. So I can take her in the morning (school day starts at 7:55AM) and they will pick her up at 11:20AM when she gets out of school.

And did you tip the delivery person? I’m guessing this is a partnership with Postmates or similar and when you don’t use the actual service it’s generally much harder to tip unless you just hand them cash.

I bought the ketchup for my 2 and 4 year old when it was on clearance last week. $1 for a decent sized bottle and they love it. My husband won’t touch it but then again, it’s Walmart generic ketchup.

I don’t want that coating on any of my clothes or linens, just especially my towels. 

Used them as a kid to tame my flyaway hair for sure. But I hate using them in my laundry, I’d rather have static than towels that don’t absorb any water. I’ve heard they can be good for cleaning glass shower doors but it hasn’t worked for me. Maybe my water is too hard.

I wouldn’t mind a double sink if it meant I could get both kids to brush at once or wash hands at once. Right now, there’s much tussling at the sink as they stand on side-by-side stools and spit on each other.

If you’ve got one kid, you can put the car seat in the middle. It’s when you’ve got two rear facing car seats that it becomes a problem. Luckily, I’m only 5'1" so it never bothers me.

Exactly. I use the calorie estimator to determine if I’m working as hard today as I did yesterday. My fitbit tracks calorie burn and I get reports from Orangetheory after every workout. They don’t match each other but I still know what I burn on a normal day. It varies by level of effort and type of workout. 

Also, curious about that. Sophia seems like a pretty awesome person in general, stood up for herself and her crew on the set of Chicago PD. I highly recommend listening to her interview on Armchair Expert if you can see past listening to Dax Shepard for 90+ minutes.
