Going up a size in running shoes is great for me. I usually wear a women's 5 or 5.5 which is very hard to find and the running store recommended a 5.5, but I prefer a 6, a size that's almost always in stock. Whereas when I tried a 5.5, they had one pair in the whole store.

It’s nice to hear we’re doing it right. My 2 and 4 year old only get one bath a week most weeks. In the summer, we’re hosing them down after swimming but in the winter one is enough. We just don’t have time every evening, bedtime is late enough already.
