I don’t know why this is directed at Millenials, this Gen X’er has small children too. We rarely go out to eat with the kids (or even without the kids) because it’s just so darn expensive but occasionally we’ll suck it up ad make an attempt. My 4 year old can handle is great, but her little brother just turned 2.5 and

The epidural may have contributed to slowing down my labor and in turn they had to use pitocin to keep it progressing, but I’d been laboring for nearly 24 hours, mostly at home, and the back labor was not easy with my sciatica. With baby #2, everything was much smoother and the epidural was easy and smooth and my

Same, I also got my placenta ripped out. I had marks all over my belly from him pressing down to try to help get it out. Baby came easy with the vacuum extraction though I barely escaped a c-section. This was all baby #1 though. Baby #2, the placenta came out without me even noticing.

That’s what we have too. Much easier to tote around a layover and then you know it’s safe and sound on the plane and not being busted by baggage handlers.

use the seat, it’ll give the kid a place to chill and sleep. Much harder to sleep sitting up in a regular seat.

The origin of “Ya Basic” was on one of the Good Place podcast episodes but I can’t quite remember which one. Something about a guy yelling at Beyonce during a concert that she can do better than the performance he was watching but the insult was actually directed at a fellow concert attendee.

I think calling a top 25 school “so-so academically” is disparaging.

“USC—an extremely expensive but academically so-so university—”is relatively disparaging.

I know that’s just an old wives tale but it didn’t stop me from trying it out after 9 long months of pregnancy.

UCLA’s admission rate was 17.3% and USC’s admission rate was 17.7%, so not really all that different. USC has become much harder to get into in the last 20 years, I don’t think anyone thinks of it as a safety school anymore, even people who are applying to Stanford and the Ivies.

When I was at USC, it was relatively easy to walk on to the crew team. It’s a rather rare high school sport. So there weren't really any spots that anybody was missing out on. I don't even know if they give scholarships

I have never had a bad Impossibly Easy pie. Our favorite is cheeseburger but my husband made a great one with diced ham. So easy and yummy.

can you enroll her in other classes that encourage following rules, sitting in circle time, taking turns, waiting in a line? Although my kids are in daycare with an excellent pre-school curriculum, we also take them to storytime at the library and they are enrolled in one My Gym class per week. The more times they

I can teach them CPR, but I highly doubt my toddlers are strong enough to actually perform it. Getting the dummy to click is hard enough for me.

Libraries for the win here. We checked out Cinderella last week and watched it Sunday. She was enthralled. But we also will definitely be joining up with whatever Disney has to offer. Hopefully, they’ll have all the Disney Jr shows because my kids NEED Jack and the Neverland Pirates and there are only a handful of

Wow, I saw the movie because I was the young teenager that really liked Al Pacino but I had no idea how miscast they both were.

My cousin’s husband is quite possibly her biggest fan (runs a website, goes to Dollywood multiple times a year for media events). He has met her several times and apparently she is always at her most awesome.

I would never check a car seat, who knows what those baggage handlers will do to it. Car seat goes on the plane, baby sits in it. They are safer and much calmer because it’s a seat that they actually fit in.
