I know that it’s not easy to get them put in, but seriously, my IUD is the best thing ever. I have the mirena because I need the hormones but it makes my periods super light and my cramps are nearly non-existent. After years of super bad cramps and really heavy periods (thanks endometriosis), it’s like a miracle.

I literally startled my doctor and his nurse when I screamed during a cervical biopsy. It wasn’t my first either. Thank goodness I don’t have abnomal paps anymore.

I wish someone had put me on the pill as a teenager. But I was a nerdy prude, so of course, it was never considered. My life was so much better when I finally got bcp as an adult. They helped my acne and I stopped missing a day of work every month.

yeah, that’s what I thought too. And then I found out I have endometriosis and I shouldn’t need to take handfuls of ibuprofen for three days a month. Now I have an IUD and it’s AMAZING! I only need a liner for a few days (no pads, tampons, or cups) and almost no cramps. 

Why so much hate for coached interval running? I love it as an element of orangetheory workouts. I would never push myself as hard as they do. My speeds have increased a ton and I still run outside too. Just signed up for my first 8k and a 10k two months later

My high school PE class was step aerobics and weight training sophomore year. All girls except for two senior wrestlers with a free period, but they seemed to love it more than the rest of us. Small rural school in the Midwest so no swimming either.
