I haven’t read that blog in forever. Thanks for the reminder.

Stuck in Vegas overnight sucks though if you aren’t over 21. The slot machines are SO loud when you’re trying to nap at 2am.

My hospital did not give out or even offer most of those things. I never used a belly binder or a hemorrhoid donut. But the pads were awesome because I am a very heavy postpartum bleeder and they only seem to fit well in mesh panties. The best thing from the hospital was the frozen newborn diapers they brought me to

How do you deal with a mumbler? I have a new co worker who talks very quickly and trails off with every sentence. It gets old asking her to repeat herself and I know the higher ups have already mentioned to her.

I’m usually too embarrassed to try to order secret menu items, even well known quantities like the white gummy at Jamba juice. But reading comments on a secret menu post I learned to get a mcdouble with Mac sauce and my life changed for the better. I don’t even eat there much but I went through a couple months post

That’s my husband to a T, though he’s so frustrated with Republicans right now that he’s changing his voter registration to no longer have a party affiliation. He’s also anti-abortion but the other day I told him a story about a couple (friend of a friend) that carried a baby to term that they knew would probably die

I’m really just looking for other mom friends. It’s a little tough to find people with children in the same age range as mine, especially since most of them are usually busy with local family. Our family live farther away so we don’t see them every weekend. Luckily, I think i made a few last week when there was some

I love hanging out with my 2.5 year old daughter, but it’s even better when she’s playing with her 10 month old baby brother. He already idolizes her and she loves him back, most of the time. Two under three is hard but I’m SO glad we sucked it up and did it.

Mine too. What month are you? I was in December 14 (but never joined up with them on Facebook) and September 16 which is active on Facebook

Another then comes family user here, I can’t imagine seeing that. I’m glad I only used it with the tapa talk app on my phone. I’m really sad the forum fell apart recently.

That’s the only way my mom cooked them. I’ll do the same or with sour cream. I love a soft fluffy scramble but my husband wants them dry and hard. Trying to only give our babies the soft version though.

I learned something from it and I’m nearly 40. But I grew up in a household where we only had scrambled eggs. Hard boiled was only for making deviled eggs. I didn’t have a fried egg till I was in college. And I’ve still never had most of these though basted sounds good.

It’s funny, I actually had to ask my ob about the TDAP and flu shot because he never brought it up. And then my insurance wouldn’t cover it because the doctor said to just get it at CVS. I didn’t mention it again with baby #2 and neither did he so I hope it was ok to skip it less than 2 years later. Only my husband

Winco is great for that too if you have one around. They even sell cheap little containers, but you buy the spices (and a ton of other things) by the bag. Much wider variety than what I see at Sprouts too.

I wish I could’ve intervened but my own mother has had two mastectomies (16 years apart) and it was DCIS both times. Both times they started with a lumpectomy, failed to get clean margins, and ended up with radical mastectomy. I think they overtreated her both times but I can’t really say that to her. Luckily, we’re

I’m pretty sure ours was always “bubble gum” flavored which is just downright nasty. There may have also been grape. I can still picture those little Dixie cups on a tray in my 5th grade classroom.

That’s my grandfather too, outlived his 8 siblings and two wives. Luckily, he’s still active in his church and sees his “girlfriend” (he’s 88 and she’s 78) often. But his closest family is a ten hour drive away. He still makes that drive at Christmas but I don’t think he’ll be able to keep that up much longer.

5 minutes? that’s crazy! I was encouraged to only post 10 to 15 minute lectures, while my boss who teaches in the same program just goes ahead and posts 1.5 hour lectures. He’s trying to pass everything down to me though so I’m breaking up the lectures into several small bites to keep their attention. I know when I

If it weren’t for my horse, I never would have spent that year in college.

We had that too but I only remember how much I hated the flavor so I always just pretended to swish it around.
