In California you can request to be a permanent absentee voter so my ballot always comes to my house. You either mail it by election day or drop it off at a polling station or special ballot drop off location. Our polling place has curbside voting for the disabled. There’s a sign on the street with a number to call. I don’t know if they’d count morning sickness as a disability though.
