It’s quite known that the BBC owns a whooole bunch of music licence for all its network. They oftened used soundtracks from movies and TV Shows in Top Gear (I’ve noticed Tron legacy, Kick Ass,....)

Home is land of great food, wine, cheese and bread. Aka France.
To be fair there’s usually the same kind of cheese you would find in a crappy burger (those small slices that melt easily). I think we call it an “American” because it’s big, not healthy and has way too much to eat :) Standard cliché stuff basically.
What about “burgers” with fries in them?
Probably not much since the engine is in the floor of the trunk. There were rumors about a slightly more powerful version, but I think Renault always dismissed a proper RS version for this one.
I can’t wait for the future Mégane RS that will be based on the new chassis. Knowing the mind at Renault Sport this thing could be a beast if they don’t make the same mistakes they made with the Clio RS.
I know that Mini used to use CountryMan for recce.
My favourite recce car run in WRC still is M-Sport’s Volvo S60.
My father used to own a Renault 11 Turbo. Really a nice car, was like a go kart on dry roads, but as soon as you would find wet pavement, it couldn’t handle for the life of it. Back then it was also the de facto recce car they would use for rallies.
That’s a lovely DS5! Which engine have you got?
No, please no!! Just leave them in Paris, and prevent them from getting out. That’s the only way the rest of us from the “province” are going to be safe...
Yep.
Yeah, yeah, yeah... You know you still love us though. And the French attitude is part of the charm tha our country has (Parisians are in a class of themsleves though).
Good god, I payed 700€ for mine back in 2007. It was a 1989 one, pre-big bumpers (though it had them), with 250,000 km on the clock but still, that seems a bit steep.... Are they really rare across the pond? (We sold it for 1500€ in early 2012)
Usually when you serve the wine it’s better to twist the bottle after you finished pouring the glass to catch the drip and prevent it falling on the table. I also think there is something where you’re supposed to pout your thumb in the back of the bottle (in the hole some of them have,, like burgundy bottles, bordeaux…
Is smelling the cork actually a thing??? I’ve never seen anyone do that (and I spent my life in France, in the midle of a wine region)....
Loved the movie! The only thing that bugged me about it was the fact they didn’t used the right model for the Land Rover....
Yeah but Nutella has quite a lot of bad press surrounding it. And if they do I wouldn’t be surpised if a Lego+Shell was pulled on them.
They might have that covered too.
Something weird happen to me last week. I have a Asus Zenbook and always had some hijinks with the touchpad software. I had to reinstall it after update to 10. BUT, late last week, Windows Update pulled a new driver for the touchpad and a software for the gestures, apparently made by Toshiba....
