From Barcelona to Hamburg using only high speed trains (RENFE from Barcelona to Paris, TGV from Paris to Frankfurt and ICE to Hamburg). In 1st class. Around $900 with the "flexi" ticket (you can change it without any additional fees until 48h before departure).
