that is an interesting idea - Though I don’t think Simmons needs the money. But a kickstarter to get the book you want written, written ? I wonder...

I would love a sequel to the Eyes of the Dragon by Stephen King and I’m surprised I haven’t seen it mentioned yet.

Oh man, I hope so. I would pay whatever highway robbery price they would charge for that Kindle book.

Carl Sagan’s ‘Contact’. After reading it, I wanted to know what would happen in the worst way.

I was going to post “The Bible” as one of my answers - but technically it is two-parts of a trilogy. Wish they would publish the third book already.

Thanks B-Man !! lets start the campaign!

The Stand. No, it’s not a pun on your title. I don’t normally care what happens to the characters in novels outside of the novel, but something in me wants to know what happened to Frannie, Stu and the others.

I was thinking of posting this myself, but the book is so perfect and ends so well that I kind of don’t want anything else to spoil it.

I keep hoping that he will annouce a follow up, but so far he has not. He does have a new book coming out soon, The Water Knife, but I don’t think it’s a sequel.

I’d love to see more stories set in this world.

It is not exactly a sequel but the third book of a series we need. Dan Simmons was supposed to tie everything up, but I heard he is not going to write the third book which will be a shame.

i think Gaiman said, that actually Anansi was only making a cameo in American Gods or something like that.

Anansi Boys is sort of a sequel. It’s in the same universe, at least.

“American Gods,” by Neil Gaiman (who I believe has indicated he is working on a sequel... or did I dream that?)

I think Marvel’s approach to the Netflix stuff is to cameo them together as the Defenders, rather than individually. I think all we know so far from what Cox has said is that a) he’s contractually obliged to show up in whichever project Marvel wants to and b) The current project on the docket is the Defenders in

Lightsabers as an offensive weapon.

A friend of mine is a high school English and social studies teacher, and she has told me several stories that make me optimistic in this arena.

Example:
They were watching West Side Story to finish up their lessons on Romeo and Juliet, and she had to explain to her students that back in the 1950s, a relationship

Damn it. You beat me to the three seashells. "Wads up paper??"

I think it’s pretty barbaric that men still have to tie a piece of silk around their neck to be taken seriously.
