To be blunt, I didn't find much about Raimi's trilogy to be close to the comics, so I'd agree with JJJ being closest to the comics. But I do think his actions were sometimes a bit over the top and not reminiscent of the comics — such as wearing the Spider-Man costume at one point when Parker "quit."

I actually don't think J.K. Simmons fits in with what Webb's established with the first movie.

He's the second man ever to win the 100-meter dash at back-to-back Olympics, and he's the first man ever to set two Olympic records in the event. He set the Olympic and world record in the 200 at Beijing (a record many didn't think would be broken for ages), and went on to completely obliterate it shortly thereafter.

All that with a pretty poor start, too... Bolt is going to tear the field up in the 200. Blake still ran well, but damn — Bolt may very well be the GOAT in these two races now.
