Clearly this is all because Jesus wants us to drill the oil in the Arctic is as comfortable a condition as possible. Why do you hate America?

Interesting... I would have thought that due to the extreme cold the bristles would just break off, making the problem worse.
We do this where I work, sort of. I work at a science centre in Calgary and in our live demos we build a bottle rocket with a 2L pop bottle on a string (
I almost hate to say it, but Falling Skies. The pilot's opening was a montage of kids drawings of the alien attack with a little girl talking about what happened.
I work at a science centre, and this went out to all staff today :)
I love you so much for this...
Overall that would be a great thing though. If they were the only game in town, like NASA has been for so many years, then there is not nearly as much pressure for innovation or efficiency. This is a great example of where private enterprise can take the baton from something that only government could start, and then…
I am by no means a geneticist, but whenever I read statements like that which seem to advocate a boundary, all I can hear is "the only way to achieve flight is with a propeller", or "Its impossible to go faster than light". It will take people to come up with a new paradigm to achieve the same results, obviously, but…
Vicki - you stole my thunder... In my humble opinion Vin Diesel is smart enough to be great, but his choices to date have often been less than stellar or he gets paired with a director that can't bring the best out of him.
My assessment so far was that guns stopped working the same way that electricity stopped. In reviewing a couple of the previews/trailers I think I may have been wrong and its simply that guns are not around as much, like houser has said.
I would hope, though, that they still will be required to operate within a fixed budget and schedule. The potential for sucking on the teat of a fat government contract can result in project management and quality control slipping pretty fast when it isn't determining if you're going to get paid.
"—the random access that's possible with disc- or chip-based memory simply isn't here."
The application of data is rarely predictable. "Merit" is defined by the data's value in solving a particular quesiton or problem. Unless we can predict the future we have no way of assigning value (or lack thereof) to any data.
the issues themselves were minor - the time delay is the big factor. I wonder how much money each day of delay cost the company.
no - it would fall. For the same reason guns wouldn't work anymore.
and guns. I love that part. I'm always forgetting to change the batteries in my gun...
"These TARDIS tights leave little to the imagination" - you say this as if it were a bad thing...
launch delays, I'd imagine.
Screw your Veritech nonsense. This is what the F15 will always be.
