You know what? I’m planning on doing the EXACT same thing, but mine will have a camper bed option, factory super swamper option, foldable front bench seats, a light bar, AND it will start at $5000 less.

Yep, that’s standard procedure there. There are a bunch of signs and stuff leading up to the bridge, with staging areas at the toll booths. I was lucky enough when we hauled up there with a gooseneck trailer to not have had to wait for it (helped that we hit the Bridge at like 3 AM, but still).
You know that whole thing about making fun of boomers at Barrett-Jackson for spending hundreds of thousands on tri-5 Chevys? Yeah, Gen X/early Millennials have that money now and they’re spending on the 80s-90s.
The US only got the 528e, 533i and 535i. Servicable 535i can still be had for sub $5k, great condition ones run $5-20k. Mint 535is or M5 are $25k+
RE: Floersch Crash
I did 5 laps in a Legends car ride and drive and they provided a helmet and HANS device. That is more important in low level racing than a firesuit at this point. Especially something run by a manufacturer.
I believe the quote comes from Bobby Flay: The best way to roast a goose is to throw it out and grab some other form of poultry.
Pop the hood on literally any car made since they went to a pressurized system with a reservoir (80s?) and it will have a plastic tank in it.
Everything on this car is great except for the rear end.
I’m guessing because this is a limited run made by a customs shop, they went with the FWD so they could stretch the wheelbase without stretching the AWD system.
All of that, and the center console in the rear uses the same screen surround as the base model Ford interiors use with their not-touchscreen systems.
I made Alton’s aged eggnog recipe this year, and let me tell you that shit is delicious. Both fresh and especially after a few weeks.
Wow I didn’t know Sebastian Vettel was playing rugby in the offseason
This is the correct answer. I believe there is also something about not being able to ask for their certification papers. Basically there’s “what is it trained to do” and I think one other question that is escaping me.
The Prius was the same way when we were looking at hybrids for a bit. I think the 3 year lease payment was either identical to or more than financing it for 36 months.
That might be, because literally just searching their widths come up as 79" for the F150 and 86" for the Ranger.
