Geeeeezee I was hoping that car would Pit Maneuver that obnoxious suv, that was insane. Brake checking to a stop on an interstate??

Hehe you made me chuckle at your restrained anger. I was expecting a very different end to that first sentence, well done.

It’s oblivious idiot drivers like these that keep making our insurance premiums go higher and higher. I’m pleased the amount of ‘at fault’ drivers ended up on their sides or roof thou :D

Hate to sound like a grinch, but I came down to the comments to say this very thing. BMW’s are substantially more expensive to service than your average car. Dream car: maybe. But it will be a nightmare when the pcv system/oil separator tubes start cracking and the manifold needs removed, when those lovely plastic

Excuse my ignorance, but is it also somehow AWD? It’s on an AWD dyno with all 4 wheels churning in that last pic.....

Michigan man out “Florida Man’s” Florida Man??? Must be going snow crazy i guess

I was thinking the same thing. It should be weighted with a specific car in mind, so those used mercedes vs the geo metro’s in Cali don’t skew the results.

I’m amazed the criminal was able to walk before the KO, given the enormity of the balls he must possess to threaten a guy shaped like Gaspard.

hahaha oooommgg that was amazing, and awful, but amazing. Poor dumb bastard

Great Idea. I miss getting these calls, using bluetooth while working on a car made playing with scammers so much fun. Since it wasn’t an interruption on my part, I would see how long i could string them along on one call. I’m computer literate enough to talk about my slow bootup times, what i’m seeing during post,

Maybe it’s that whole “brace for impact” reaction we learn later in life. Makes me think of how often the blacked-out DUI driver survives a horrific crash, while the middle-age commuter dies in a simple fender bender.

Point well made. However, your ISP and the NSA is a bit worried why you were researching dead kids lol

No. Just NO. I’m a Christian who believes in God, and your comment exemplifies why agnostic/atheist individuals have a disdain for people of faith. No, god or his angel didn’t gently guide this child to safety. If that was the case, where were they when the idiot parents didn’t secure the seat or child in

Much like the damage and potential repairs i see daily. However, one thing that would not fly in the American collision industry i saw at 4:03... When steel is deformed more than 90*, it is a kink, not a bend. Kinked structure MUST be replaced. It is made to kink in those places (crumble zones) to absorb crash

I was thinking the same thing. I regularly do brake jobs/master cylinders/calipers, but we only stock quart bottles. Especially for being in humid florida, you always want to crack open a new sealed container if you need brake fluid. Using an old gallon of DOT3 that’s been in your garage for years would have

Yes two kids in diapers is a challenge. Currently we have a 2 month old and a 20 month old. I tell my friends having a 2nd kid is 4x the work, not just 2x. With only one baby, nights are rough but you can sleep during the day when they do. But that doesn’t work when you have an energetic toddler running around.

On the electrical side of things, everyone should have a powerprobe at the ready. Dont fuss around getting a DMM out and hoping you have a decent ground touched to see if a line has power. I’ve fixed many head-scratchers from other mechs because they didnt have a clean ground or power while testing circuits. Test,

lmao same thought

Even with the 3/8" adaptor, tight bolts on suspension and wheels are too much for the electric driver. I do keep an air impact gun in use whenever something high torque like that is being touched. It all depends on what you expect to be getting into.
