I never said 'stretching', nor did the headline for this article.

The only time in 7 years that I didn't take 2 minutes to warm up before my martial art class, I got an ischial tuberosity avulsion fracture. Maybe for something like running where you can just take it easy the first few minutes (but still run) it's ok, but there's no way I'm not warming up before doing more strenuous

Don't take a cold shower! Take a lukewarm one. Taking a shower cool enough to give you goosebumps will make the sunburned parts of your skin peel much more easily.

"One jump ahead" is pretty dang good. On a related note, never watch Aladdin in French. "Un nouveau monde" is just awful.

The 50GB account works out to $16.67/month (compared to the $20 for Dropbox) if you're doing a cost-per-GB-per-month comparison to your $20/month for 100GB on Dropbox.

I think a flowchart would be a good way to present (or maybe sum up?) some of these things. I use something like:

If you want version control right now and on any platform, you can always use git.

You aren't taking into account the number of calories you need to rebuild muscle after anaerobic exercise, which can last for several days after you exercise. Eating slightly healthier foods in the same quantities plus exercise will help more people lose weight than any other combination I've found, because it is a

You can do a lot by combining scheduled tasks with Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings\Advanced Power Settings, but by far your best bet is to get or build a NAS device that will serve your media that's separate from your gaming rig (but that you could use as storage for your gaming
