I like it, but I am not a prospective C7 buyer, and as much as I love wagons/Shooting Brakes, I can't see how this really increases the practicality of the Vette too much. The hatch on the Vette already holds a decent amount of stuff.

Scuttlebut also says no manual in gas version either :(

Yup 2.5 w/ 6-speed, not the quickest car but zippy enough to be fun. I would be more than stoked for a MazdaSpeed6 wagon but since it has been officially confirmed that the new Mazda6 wagon is not coming to the US the Speed6 is incredibly unlikely :(

You are absolutely correct, but I am not going to stop asking for them :)

The wife has the minivan, so we have our people hauler. I want a wagon desperately but until the right one comes along, I will enjoy my time in this.

Yes, yes you can :)

And here is the post all of you saw coming...

Oh, I am all for the oil-burners but I can see were our Jalops from across the pond are coming from. I think its a "grass is always greener..." thing

Well diesel is so damn expensive in the US the math doesn't work out in some cars. I think it is a gear-head "green" response to soulless hybrids.

Thanks Hardibro! May you enjoy plenty of hours of hoonage in the Merkur on your birthday today.

You forgot the promotion of "wagonism" (and its sub-sect of manual-diesel-wagonism) which is seriously lacking in the United States but is quite prevalent in more automotively developed areas of the world, and some not so automotively developed areas of the world. (I know automotively is not a word) :)

I forget who said it, I think it was the Onion, but it was very funny and worth repeating.

No prob. It is sad when such an iconic car can't be resurrected because of brand snobbery. Though coming from Ferrari I can't say I'm surprised.

Love those competition wheels.

The Pininfarina P4/5 was authorized by Ferrari the Stratos was not and has since been shut down because of Ferrari. They simply are not allowed to make them.

Not quite. From their website

Yes but not through Fiat and you can order anything to be custom built if you have enough money

Touche'

Good point, but it is still dream car that didn't happen.

Yeah I wasn't saying it was on the same level as the LaFerrari just that it would get more people talking in a positive way.
