Are you asking in terms of longevity or feel? From a reliability standpoint they have been using CVTs for some time, and I have not once heard of any issues with Nissan transmissions. I'm sure they exist, no automaker is 100% perfect on any component, but they are not a "thing" like some Honda auto-boxes are around
