I want to play!
What is a furry?
I used to work at a parts store and of course our biggest customers were guys that drove pickups and would do the work themselves. Every time I saw a Sierra Denali or an F-150 Platinum or a Lincoln Blackwood I would just shake my head. Either get a luxury car or get a truck, don't try to make them the same vehicle.…
I grew up on a lot of land and the first thing I learned how to drive on the property when I was 13 was a 1987Dodge W350 Crew Cab Four wheel drive with three pedals. I dropped the driveshaft the first time I tried it (three tons of rock on a hill and not letting off the brakes fast enough).
My brother scrapped one, I tried to convince him not to. Or at the very least to keep the engine, but no, he just scrapped it.
The only thing that deserves this kind of stance are VW's. And good riddance.
Not to mention the fact that the air going out is just that, air. The air coming in is more dense because it contains atomized fuel in addition to the air. I had a Nissan Sentra 12 valve, and Ford has been making three valve engines for years.
My first car was a 1987 Nissan Sentra. I flipped it within two weeks of getting it because I went through a corner too fast which resulted in me trying to drive up the side of a hill at 65 mph. It kind of bounced off the hill and landed on its roof.
Would it be crazy to say that I want to put a 993 air-cooled flat six in the nose of a Subaru?
I have to agree with you on the the B-series. The very first vehicle I learned how to drive was a 1991 Dodge B350 with a fuel injected 360. Being my birthday is in November, and well it snows during that month, the very day I got my learner's permit my father put me in the driver's seat and I drove through downtown in…
We need the Hilux here! I just want it here in the states!
I just wanted to remind everyone that the Hilux is indestructible. I don't just know this from TopGear, I know it because I drove them in Afghanistan. The Afghanis drove them too....and ran them into the Hescos all the time.
Massholes drive like pricks, but New Hampshire drivers are just plain stupid.
Haha, perfect picture for the conversation. But I think it depends on the car, Subaru has likely figured out that people like to change things under the hood of the Toyobaru. For all the Mercedes owners know, there could be a nuclear reactor under the hood.
I had my friend let me drive his brand new Dodge Dart the other day...very boring. I just didn't have the response, the drama, the feedback. My 2000 Impreza is noisy and has a poorly built interior, but I can feel everything.
It is not nice to tease us about what we can't have here in the states!
All I want is a turbo diesel, 6 speed Subaru Crosstrek, and I would be happy.
I sold a MAF sensor to a guy today for his VW Beetle and told him that he will likely need to have it programmed after he had it installed because that is how it works. I swear if he comes back and tries to return it as defective I am going to tell him to piss off.
