Yup. We just had our roof recoated, but guy said to replace it would be about $50k. Any good inspector would point that out, and that number comes right off the top of anything anybody but a fool would offer to pay for your house.

There’s no way anybody but Trump is going to end up in the Oval Office (well, MAYBE Pence) but if enough electors are faithless and throw the vote to the House and Trump voters worry about their election getting stolen from them then maybe that’ll be the spur to get rid of the Electoral College finally.…

I keep hoping Christie will decide to dish out some revenge by spilling his prodigious guts.

I think the best we can hope for is the republicans in Congress think they can just send him stuff to sign, and he decides to show them who’s boss, and the Democrats can just watch. Or maybe even co-opt the guy for a couple issues (infrastructure). And then, of course, the GOP will impeach him. And ....... Pence.

He will only visit places where he can stay in one of his own hotels.

His tweeting may be our only hope to get some electors to finally say enough. I don’t really believe this, but I have to hold out some hope that this nightmare won’t happen. I’m ping-ponging around denial-anger-bargaining-depression, haven’t reached acceptance yet.

He says that it would be a sin for him to violate the oath he took as an elector. Which is BS, because not acting to save America from itself is a bigger sin in my lapsed-Christian view.

Watching him age is going to be very satisfying. He already looks 10 years older in just these few weeks.
