This was my favorite one. LESBIAN WEREWOLVES.
How does the “I’m surprised...” guy always lead off the comments for every Go article? On every site? If trolls clicked on Go, the way they refresh gaming sites, they’d all be level 33 with a stable of Dragonites.
While it’s true that usership has dropped since they officially launched, the international launch didn’t exactly happen all at once, you know? So while you had friends stop playing by the time the game rolled out in Canada on July 17th, there were still countries getting their own official launch by the time you…
I’m surprised people find the time to make comments like this. I’ve dropped a few mobile games over the years, and when I see posts about them literally no part of me feels compelled to tell the world that I stopped playing.
I’m surprised that people are still surprised people are still playing this. I like how your group of friends is a valid indicator of what other people in the world do and don’t do. ;P
The Halloween even felt like how it should work 3km for a single candy or 5km for rarer Pokemon just seem too high to be of any normal use. Also yes Toronto just got our first winter storm so something tells me people will be falling off quickly here too.
Man, people sure have a strange way of expressing their economic insecurity.
You spent all this time typing out a comment instead of googling “switch architecture” and finding out that it runs on a Tegra chip unlike the 3DS?
You must have a poor opinion of people with kids. As a father of three, I can tell you neither my wife nor I would act like your cartoonish caricature. Being a parent doesn’t turn people into morons who are hell bent on spoiling kids.
It’s not a Gawker problem, it’s you having terrible business sense.
Banning people who don’t buy your games from buying your games seems pretty reasonable to me.
Well, yeah, but I think there’s a punitive precedence for breaking the TOS. So, “no, even your legit games can’t connect to our servers now, because you broke our rules”.
There is a pirate hack called freeshop, that let’s you enter a special version of the nintendo eshop and donwoload the games directly from the nintendo servers to install them for free, i guess that’s also what they are going after.
Clarifying that I unknowingly purchased a system that was bricked, returned to the store, put back on the shelf which I was able to rectify.
Ha thanks. I thought I was pretty clear but damn.
Sure!
You might want to read first. They were a victim of someone else doing this. They ended up buying the bricked 3DS.
Wow. Can you email me with more details? patricia@kotaku.com
exactly, blacklisting the console from online use is great, means they cant use those systems to play online games whatsoever.
