You’re right of course, but if the tesla was farther away and approached the truck with a reasonable amount of stopping time, wouldn’t the radar have sensed it and braked?

There are going to be so many things that look like an anus in this game, it’s going to be ridiculous.

Additionally, how many lives has the system saved? I’m betting a lot. These aware car systems are a GOOD thing for everyone on the road, even people who don’t have them on their own vehicles, because they’re always driving defensively.

They do have that hand censor and warning system, and the car slows down when you don’t put your hands on the wheel when it warns you.

A bus wouldn’t be 5 feet off the ground like a trailer is, and would have been seen by the safety censors. The issue was it was too high and the car went (mostly) under it.

So in your bus example, I think the car would have stopped itself with minimal damage to anything and anyone. Also, the bus would have been at

It might mean a little bit of something if it was money he had earned himself through hard work. Not the case here, of course!

Exactly, this seems like the right answer. Cars have a lot of head on collision protection. No swerving, no putting other people at risk, just brake and pray the other safety systems are up to snuff.

But the trailer was at fault, so really “those” people are the ones causing the problem, not the Tesla.

I sort of fail to see how the “semi-autonomous” autopilot system is the problem here, it didn’t cause the accident, it just failed to prevent it. This is how technology improves... Do we think the first seatbelt or airbag was perfect?

Now, the system can be improved to avoid something like this from happening again.

Ok, NOW I’m done.

This is random but I really wish that lighthouse was in the center of the header picture, seeing as how the lighthouse is at the center of the Bioshock mythology and is actually the key to accessing all the worlds, not just Rapture. Then it’d be perfect.

Ok, sorry, I’m done.

I really want RE7 to feature characters from previous games, but I think that Wesker became such a cartoon, we’re better off without him, specifically. I also could do without Ada. Her “invincible super spy with a heart of gold whose allegiances are never clear” act is getting stale.

If I remember correctly, you can’t step around in the space, but you can tilt head and such. I could be wrong, I tried it alongside a few other VR systems as part of an expo, but I remember it being totally immersive and not breaking when I leaned around.

PT / Silent Hill has the benefit of being set in a universe that doesn’t have to make sense, and so can be totally scary and off the wall with no rhyme or reason. It’s supernatural and magical and terrifying.

Resident Evil, for all it’s camp and quirks, is set in the real world, so its scares have to come from reality.

Jaunt’s stuff is also 3D, so it does give the feeling of immersion significantly better than a FB 360 video does. I only tried it once, but I believe it also takes into account head position, etc when you’re wearing a headset, so you CAN move around a bit in the 3D space. With these in mind, I think it’s ok that it’s

It’s a little weird how fast people are travelling but people need to understand that “episode” is a not a set length of time. Some episodes take place over the course of an hour, some take place over the course of many weeks. It’s pretty clear that the last few episodes of these season have had large time jumps,

But that link you posted pretty much proves how rare it is, even for Yaoi. That is not a mainstream thing. Also, Yaoi is typically designed for women, by women, though. This is different, and I think it’s an important distinction. A game about black culture written by a white man is not the same thing as a game about

They’re rare in the west, which is the perspective I’m coming from as well as the perspective the creator is coming from. I think it’s that fact that explains why people prop them up as new and interesting vs “oh god another titty game.” Once they become common in the west, these articles will stop, I expect.

I’d go further: 99.9% of all sexuality in videogames is lame and mundane. Big tittied warriors, strippers, sluts, ripped men, it’s all weak and uninsteresting. But in regards to this game, its mundanity is not in question.

There’s a difference between understanding why something exists and thinking that it’s some

Eh, context is important. Women have experienced sexism in one form or another at the hands of men basically since the beginning of time, so a woman creating something that turned the tables on a man or other women must be viewed in that context, where as a game made by a man would be seen as yet another example of
