Interesting, thanks for that link. It looks like taskrabbit is very general labor though, Amazon actually provides access to electricians and other contractors (at least thats what it looks likes)

Yea, I’m leaning this way myself. I recently went back and played with the expansion and actually quite enjoyed it. The only problem is that I suspect they’ve given up on the game and won’t release another expansion to round it out, which would be a shame.

Hey I didn’t know the term, so thanks for spelling it out!

Ha I use almost the same color scheme except medics are white....

Yea I randomly stumbled upon this while exploring and actually went back to find all the parts. I was WTFing myself trying to see if this applied to anything else but couldn’t. Another reason I like Bethesda, despite people’s valid complaints. Its a world that has its own stories that you have to discover for

That’s 1800 milli-amps, so more like 108 minutes or so I think.

Yea but what I mean is I think it might be intentional... because if you wait, the camera zooms into the display, then you get the landing animation, the light turns red and then the button to continue lights up... as if the ship is actually landing.

Because the caps lock is the workaround... if you just leave it, you can eventually click to leave the screen. I think its intentional that the load time/trip to the drop off point and returning from the drop off point is similar for realism (?)... then pressing caps lock circumvents it.

I don’t really get this attitude.... you pay them for a certain amount of protection but its not an investment or a savings account, what you pay is gone.

As a side note regarding location, each insurance company has their own metric for determining neighborhood risk. When I moved from the suburbs to the city (and a “less nice” part of the city at that), my insurance rates doubled until I shopped around and found that one carrier had a different rating for our new

Yea, I came to this realization myself. The traffic gets bad but if you actually look at it closely its mostly poor planning rather than poor AI.

Or maybe... cook your vegetables? I feel like humans figured out that cooking vegetables reduced people getting sick centuries ago yet here we are eating dirty raw vegetables all over again.

Kinda curious about that last sentence... Leprosy was an incurable contagious disease, what would have been a better alternative to you? I think the leper colony made sense at the time... since the other alternative appears to be execution.

Woah woah woah! But Gizmodo just told me about how daaaaangerous eating snow is!

I can see both sides of this. I’m from a traditionally cold place and I think its more like we can withstand somewhat colder temperatures to an extent but we know when to buckle down and put on the damn down coat, boots, mittens and scarves.

I agree with the rest, it hits a VERY sweet spot with a good interface, logical layouts, complexity yet without being overly complex or overly simplistic.

OK the McReady thing is big but no mention of:

Random comment, red velvet is traditionally made with beets for the color, I’m not sure if the cocoa is added or just a supplemental part of the overall recipe but I don’t think I’d say its “made out of cocoa”.

They already do that for the brotherhood repeating quests... so for some reason they thought you would REALLY want to keep redoing these settlement quests.

Huh its actually worse than pekosROB said, when you put the armor pieces in the workstation doesn’t it actually stay on the armor and transfer into your inventory when you get into it? So you probably had it in your inventory the whole time...
