no, didn't miss those examples - that's not what was being discussed. Pfft... Made it out that this facility was a hospital and was trying to instill a fear regarding the transmission of this (or other viruses) to other patients that could happen. It's not like there's going to be some kid in the next room who just

I think you missed the part in the article where the author reported the patients were going to be treated at the CDC, not at some general healthcare facility.

the only part of this I can chime in on is Cigar City. Their beers are great and thankfully I'm starting to see them in Atlanta.

Based on their results lists and the fastest overall car it might've been a Gould GR61x.

not sure what the EU boxes entail but when progressive told me I could only save money by running their tracker it was time to switch. It tracks drive times, speed, and braking but provides no context. 3am run to Walgreens for kids meds or a late night food run, it doesn't know. Same with a heavy braking situation...

I've got a Sony wega "flat screen" crt that weighs a ton. It's either staying with the house when I sell or going out the window.

congrats on that fine purchase. I've been lusting after this the last couple off days despite not *yet* owning a race car. Imagine it comes in at a similar price/pound. http://m.ebay.com/itm/3110129651…

you were thisclose to getting this right...

specs online say sleeps 2, seats 9... I guess for a $150k they assume you're really going to just drive between hotels? Or shuttle guests. Guessing that fiesta could sleep two for a tenth the price... I don't get it. Have fun though.

not a huge nascar fan (open wheel guy) but I LOVE going to our local dirt track on a Saturday night. $20 gets me and the car in and right up against the fence for a night of tailgating. We make it quite an event with the spread and the wives like it more than other races because it's a series of shorter races vs one

was some sort of ultimate car shootout. There were street cars and full blown gtlm race cars, including a viper.

exactly. Instead of yelling at each other about names/sides on the internet this was an opportunity to do something. Huge respect that they turned down the donation.

a buddy in high school had something similar but if he ran it for anything longer than a short trip it would start to melt wiring in the engine bay because the temps got ridiculous quick. In retrospect not sure if it was the motor or a result of the shoddy swap...

there's a bunch doing the same now.

had a gmc s15 as a first car. 4cyl, stick and a bench seat. Previous owner jacked up a stereo install. Gave us the opportunity to learn about putting in a stereo, wiring, and not having to worry about the outcome (worst case, no stereo, still).

neutral: with my recent experiences buying two cpo vehicles I don't think I'll be able to justify buying new anything again. Was able to get much nicer vehicles (Acadia/Genesis sedan) that were only a year old then we otherwise would've been able to afford.

Nice write up. The time, effort, and research is apparent. I've enjoyed the couple of articles I've seen you post. Well done sir.

yeah that definitely never happened on my brother's car... They just kept replacing the failed ones every time.
