wasn't there a collaborative effort (at least in name only) with McLaren? I know my brother bought an aftermarket grill that was branded as such? Obviously nothing much came of it.

Many also had ventilated seats, too, so you could keep the swamp ass at bay in summer!

and the v8 was never offered with 3 pedals, another missed opportunity. Still see quite a few with the landau roof running around.

I was able to get a lot of seat time in a bunch of different LS over the years due to it being the fleet/company vehicle for Ford regional managers and such in the early 00s. Great little car. The backseat is basically worthless though for adults with legs. Never got to drive one with the stick but both the 6 and 8

why not use this opportunity to come down on that aspect of the game at the same time?

Yeah, that's what I meant - just didn't clarify well. I've seen this concept in other articles where it becomes a threat instead of motivation (which is how I used it) - and I imagine used that way the salesperson shuts down their willingness to "help" as they'd rather not deal with that type of customer.

My favorite part of all of this was the guy on sportscenter last night breathlessly talking about how it had become a circus, everything that was beyond his info was conjecture, and how the media needed to relax on making this a spectacle — all the while making a spectacle on ESPN...

When I bought my recent car I didn't use the survey as a threat but rather to close the deal - they were within about $1,500-1,000 of where I wanted to be and told the salesman that if we can get this done now at that price with no more negotiations I'll guarantee perfect scores on the survey, sign and be done. I'd

My buddy has a gt500 up there at AMP and I regularly see his videos eating up all types of 'nicer' more 'road racier' vehicles because the guys that own them bought in but don't actually put the time in to get seat time in the cars. We went to caffeine and octane and he introduced me to all of them standing next to

where are all the folks that clamor about "if you haven't done anything wrong you don't have to worry about the police" hanging out tonight? And yes, I realize he WAS doing something wrong, speeding, but does that really justify the way this situation was handled?

I met him last year at the Philly airport... I definitely agree.

I ran the Portugal game on univision while watching the US game on tv. Stream was nearly a minute behind (faster than Espn app, though). Wasn't horrible but did lag a couple of times.

I imagine this also solidly dates us, too. Don't care. I'll be firing this up first thing when I get in the car today... With the car seat in the back.

YES! I just posted the same thing! Loved this album.

not 100% sure on this but I know that the dealership knew I tracked and autocrossed my last two cars (Focus SVT, Nissan 350z) and I had no issues with warranty claims for repairs that weren't track related. Though I guess it depends on the service writers interpretation of the cause.

CLK GTR - well, maybe 3/4s of one, anyway. (pic from worldcarfans.com)

yes, Georgia is the same way. The law allows the trade in amount to be subtracted from the taxes due on the new car. Georgia taxes the value of the new car (based on some math someplace) instead of what is actually paid. The amount of money I saved on taxes was over $500 and because I did my homework on my car's value

that's a great picture. Though all I could think about was this.

I'm the same way. I started with this chef's knife but have added more Globals over the years. The veg knife is great for everything from vegetables to slicing meat (i occasionally use it to split ribs with no issues as long as they're kept honed and sharp).
