I don't suspect there'll be a reply either. And all of this stemmed from people complaining that he pronounces Benelli wrong =P

"I didn't say he shouldn't be critiquing units because he incorrectly named a gun he has experience with."

bend over.

"In your initial post you made no mention of how your friends came into contact with the M16."

He gets no respect I tell ya.

"what happened to his hat"

Some people eat because it exists. "I eat there for I am....larger."

"OMG Mercury has....Organics."

...and the country gets fatter.

It depends on the model of the M16. The standard issue m16(M16A2) is not meant as a fully automatic weapon. It can be kitted or modified in the field to do so though.

"did Link lose his hat?"

"As for the bulk of the rest of your inability to comprehend, I don't know how to make it any clearer for you. The entirety of my response to you was about an armory handing out modified equipment. It was made perfectly clear as at no point do I explicitly talk about the ability to modify an M16A2. That was never in

"It's a common mispronunciation.."

"My statement was directed at point that a military armory is handing out modified weapons to random soldiers or Marines."

Read the other reply as well. Then explain to me in regards to either how his back peddling on the modification to a m16 not being able be full auto, or "his knowledge of military armory workings" changes the fact that people are being issued modified weapons "has me."

He's not critiquing a games, he would be critiquing a game. Does that make it so games don't exist anymore? It's misspelled right? That IS how that works if I'm not mistaken. Oh! but I understood what you meant, see how that works? And he is a laymen being asked for his opinion, not a journalist.

From the article - "Palumbo—who's done work for Blizzard, Marvel and Wizards of the Coast—removes the iconic hat..."

As to stating you weren't suggesting it can't be altered, let's recap.

Oh no, I noticed it quite clearly. And stated in spite of what you said, "that they did in fact receive altered weapons."

Evidently from the other replies, it seems times have changed. Ever since Ned Flanders' Leftorium closed shop link had to swap to being a righty as he could no longer find a place that sells left handed boomerangs.
