Yea I knew it was from Fate extra, but I had just assumed it was Saber/Arturia in a red outfit.

The King Arthur outfit is pretty spot on. While she doesn't really quite have the look of saber, the cosplay itself is good

I had to stop the video after only 3 seconds or so. The "white people shouldn't dance" part of me took over and was screaming to make it stop.

While I agree with the porting comments, I don't see the delay being due to making sure the port is done well. It's far more likely to make sure that they get whatever sales in for the consoles prior to the pirating that will occur on the pc. It's not surprising at all, as others have said.

I guess that's where the question of, "are we comparing Halo to other online shooters, or as a single player game" comes into play.

I see it as more of a "it did very well due to the lack of saturation" situation. On pc, Halo would have been one of a few dozen shooters with multiplayer. Where-as on console, it was the first one to get the pacing right for what people at the time were looking for.

The action sequences in this fan film definitely gave me a good reminder of how proper camera angles and choreography make a world of difference in larger budget films.
