Heh, and here I was just defending myself against people complaining that Single player on inferno is too hard to finish without using the AH and I must be flaunting my "mad skillz" to have done so.
If we can take WoW as example; albeit I hate to do so since it's such a different creature, we can assume the changes will be ongoing.
Replying with a snarky comment regarding a sentiment I didn't display doesn't strengthen the foundation of your post. It simply makes you come off as a dick.
Yessss..... it's from the blue posts, which is included in this article. Let me break down my response.
Yes, indeed I would hate to be mistaken for one.
There's a huge skewing in how you're describing that.
Frozen Synapse isn't quite what I'm looking for, but I do appreciate the suggestion. Unfortunately I don't own a 3ds, so that kills anything for that hand held.
With the fact that our military budget is currently that of every advanced nation in the world combined, I don't foresee us having a problem with throwing money at warfare.
"As of patch 1.0.3, when purchasing a digital version of Diablo III through the online store or your [Battle.net] Account, players are restricted to the Starter Edition for the first 72 hours (sometimes less)."
"In my opinion, the day they decided to design the game such that players are forced to use the Auction House to progress beyond a certain point in the game...."
Shhhh no making sense on the internet.
"Why can Steam instantly give me my games but Blizzard can't? Both are going to invite credit card fraud."
And that's perfectly alright. Having discussions like this would be boring if everyone agreed on everything.
I'm really curious how increasing the distance placed between the victim/target and the killer is going to affect our willingness to go to war in the future.
"There is nothing inherently multiplayer about this title."
That's completely what it is.
No, I agree. I edited my post likely at the same time you were typing your response. I agree, 72 hrs is a really long time to wait to finish what can be done in a lunch break.
I'm on inferno as well, and the character I have there is a single player character. He's never joined another game. That said, I have three others characters that are specifically for other games I am playing with people I know.
My initial (about 45 seconds) gut response was WTF BLIZZARD! But when I let it process, I asked myself, does it matter?
