I totally agree that they have gone too far into the micro transaction rout. But they started doing that far before the Microsoft purchase, just not to the level MS has. 

The problem with that logic is that the Wii U had a ton of great games. 

Civilization Revolution played really well with a controller. It is actually a really great game, it isn’t the same as a full PC Civ game but it is still really fun.

The OG model is getting refreshed next month. My bet is that just like last year the only sales will be game bundles or store gift cards. Right? Honestly if a game looked like this on the 360 we would have been amazed. Go back and play the Last of Us PS3/360 era games don’t look as good as we remember them looking. And PS2 games... yeah, I think people remember Final Fantasy X’s Cut scenes and think that was PS2 graphics.

No it isn’t. The Tegra X processor inside the switch is far more powerful than the chips inside the OG iPhone and that came out in 2007.

I really want this. I was actually thinking earlier that they don’t make purple joycons. Plus the Mickey home button is amazing. They should sell this here, I would 100% buy this. Hell just sell me those joycons. 

I am not a big fan of the Switch Pro Controller, it just feels slightly off enough to be weird. It feels like an off brand 360 controller, but like a slightly higher end one.

So Tomb Raider dropped in price so fast because there are so many other games I can spend $60 on that I would rather play so they dropped the price to encourage people to buy their game instead.
