I don’t think this guy understands what discrimination is. He’s arguing that the law is applied unfairly to alcoholics by being applied equally. Being applied equally is the exact opposite of discrimination.

I feel like a patch over bullet holes, while certainly more dramatic sounding, is probably a lot less of a big deal than the structural damage sustained by this little guy.

That sounds like a major design flaw that should’ve made that copter model recalled.

The frames and blades have to be x-rayed. X-rays for a helicopter = not cheap.

I expect it’s also difficult to recertify something as flightworthy once it’s been damaged, since it could be difficult or expensive to be sure you’ve found and repaired all damage.
