I’ve said for years that Nissan needs to do a Midnight Purple edition of the R35. Looks like they finally did.

Well...that sounds like ass.

I think the wheels are the only part I really like. I’m a sucker for big solid looking luxury wheels. Kind of looks like they took a cue form Maybach’s book with giving their flagship car a totally unique wheel.

Important side note: Bojangles also does whole deep fried Cajun seasoned turkeys for Thanksgiving. They’re amazing.

Wow, 350k is impressive. I’m about to pass 200k but it’s due for timing belt soon.

Yep, I looked all over for a reliable old suv. I looked at Land Cruisers, 4runners, Broncos, etc. (PSA: Don’t bother looking for old Monteros and Troopers...the earth has reclaimed them all) Everything I found was way over priced or didn’t have a stick. I had a G37 sedan and figured maybe it would be fun to have a

I threw some relatively large tires on mine (didn’t need a lift surprisingly) and it’s been a tank in the winter. 2 feet of snow no problem, 4x4 mode is fantastic. That’s the thing though, everyone wants suvs and trucks based off the worst case scenario that they might encounter so they want body on frame and all that

I’ve had one for like 5 years now that I bought used with 130k miles. I needed it to lug my new pup around because Great Pyrenees don’t belong in G37's. I can’t put into words how much I love that thing. I drive it way more than my car. It’s about to creep past 200k miles and still runs like a champ. Plus it’s a 5spd

I love these things, always have. If I could have found one in nice condition when I was looking for a beater SUV for my Great Pyrenees pup I would have bought one. Ended up settling on a 98 Pathfinder with a 5spd that has been nothing but reliable and capable (seriously it will handle two-plus feet of snow without

Pretty much every 90's Japanese SUV suffered from rust.

Or just don’t read the article or look at the pictures since you just admitted the opening image turned you away. Yet, you felt the need to scroll all the way to bottom and write this garbage?

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?! Damn I bet a front clip is pretty easy to swap over actually.

I was thinking Aston but that might be even more spot on.

What sort of front end conversion is that on the white GT86? I weirdly sort of love it.

Damn, that didn’t hit till you said something. The lack of a Driver game is insane.

I guess their reasoning is that it’s available on pretty much everything already.

Because the dealership experience is awful and why waste your time constantly repairing a piece of junk, regardless of whether you have to pay for it?

I’ve been saying this for years and no one ever agreed with me except my dad. It’s not a beautiful car by any stretch.

It’s a Koenig factory car from 87. That’s how it came, not stanced. In fact it was probably even more extreme when it had the original 15's on it.
