Word! I got unbelievably far in that game with an AE86 by having to block and run the competition into things in pretty much every race. Hey.. winning is winning.
Yeah - I’m honestly not sure that there was any other way to win that race.
You just had to get the R34 fully maxed out, then ram him into a wall at the start of a long straight, then reach top speed before he caught up. At least that’s how I did it on the Dreamcast version.
Steering wheel lock just needs a fuse pulled. CSC can be avoided/delayed with higher temp fluid. Stock oil cooling isn’t an issue for street driving and if you’re tracking, an oil cooler is your first mod anyway.
Every car has failure points. The platform is almost 20 years old, the VQ is bulletproof, and consumables…
Really? I’ve owned 3. In between I owned a 12 wrx hatch I bought and happily took a $7k loss on it to get back in a G37. WRX was complete plastic and felt flimsy above 80 and in the corners. G37 was bulletproof and actual luxury in comparison, especially to the Challenger/STI. Driving DC to key west and back it felt…
Hey, you take that back! The VQ is one of the best engines ever produced. Nissan is like the Japanese version of GM. They got too big and believed their own hype for far too long. They kept merely ‘updating’ models while paying top execs undeserved bonuses. But along the way they built some amazing cars (Godzilla,…
Skid Factory built one with Benny for drag week. Good series.
...there’s no denying that the aluminum-bodied 2020 Land Rover Defender looks cool.
I would think any use of force would have been appropriate by the cop here
So much this. I don’t care about the politics, the people at Chic-Fil-A actually seem to give a crap about serving you, where as most other fast food employees seemed to be annoyed that people keep coming to the place they work and making them do their job.
a couple of Popeye’s around me were recently permanently closed for health code violations
I’ll always love that car in a “so bad it’s good” sorta way.
Good thing this has 6?
Three is the correct number of spokes.
You sir, get a star for that.
Make. It. Stop.
You will never hear me argue about Lewis’s incredible talent, ability, and success as he is truly one of the sports greatest.
Tow points, jack points, winch points, and damage protection for low energy impacts (like leaning into a tree)
I agree with everything you said, I just don’t like the “future owner” part. Who cares about future owners? He’s had a car for 47 years. It’s his car and he’ll probably enjoys it till he dies. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t give a shit about resale value.
