Yep. I’m a big proponent of people strength training. Same as you, I went from a 150 pound guy who could barely bench 135 to a 185 pound guy who can bench 250 or so.

There’s a fee I’m pretty sure. My memory of it is a little foggy because I was last there in 2011 I think it was and I was coming off a very late night in Roppongi but I’m 99.9% sure it’s not free. Also the gift shop is amazing and you need exercise extreme self control or you’ll be broke quick.
