I’ve seen women cut their willing and able husbands out parenting (much to the fathers’ frustration) because Dr Sears says only mom will do. It’s so fucking damaging.

Having them be acceptable and having them be better or even preferable are not the same thing.

It’s not just making women feel smug and superior, though. It’s making them depressed, guilt ridden, and trapped. It’s an insidious concept.
