Nice! As many have suggested, sets are the way to go for beginners, so a specific set to start with is very useful indeed, thanks for this. I'll check at our local toy store if they have this on sale. Unfortunately, we don't have a Lego store here so a toy store is the only place I can buy them, aside from online.

Nice tips! Especially the online designer, that would really help. I also agree that it should be playable, I often have no interest in collecting stuff that I cannot handle with my own hands.

Kits i.e. those Lego that came in a box which tells you what to build with those? Yeah, I checked at a nearby toy store and those were the only types of Lego they sold, they weren't selling bulk bundles or some such that contained a lot of bricks and such for custom building.

Hmm, I see that makes sense, I was also thinking if it was actually doable for someone not well exposed to legos that much...Maybe I'll try something similar to the one on the article...Maybe an X-wing or perhaps something from Mass Effect, spaceships are another goal I always wanted to achieve with Legos.

I'd like to get into lego building, can anyone suggest any good starter builds, and what I should purchase to start with? I'd like to create a movable mech, movable i.e. like an action figure; but that would probably be far into the future.

I thought this took place between The Hobbit and LOTR? Does it not?

I forgot where I read it from(probably also here on Kotaku), but it was stated that the story takes place between The Hobbit and LOTR, so maybe an incarnation of Sauron of sorts? Or maybe the Hero in this game will fail in the end because clearly Sauron is still alive in LOTR.

Unfortunately, if it is exclusive to PS4 then it's already where it belongs since Demons Souls was a Sony Exclusive...
