I think she got the material needed to make a copy of Vision when she had to “kill” him, before that she may have lacked the blueprint. And while Vision got “out of her” with yellow energy, it was the yellow energy that seperated from her red one ^^

I really liked what they did with Scarlet Witch being a separate cosmic being similar to the phoenix. Wanda will carry the name due to that, not for codename shenanigans.

I really hope that the Mind Stone Vision Wanda created merges with White Vision to give him a physical body and keep his memories because everything else would be  a drag movie wise. “Omg no he lost his memories!” is a good plot for a comic book but we don’t have that space in movies so it would be quite obnoxious…
