What I meant was that there is still a chance that some random person might "patch" the english text from the official English translation into the Japanese PSP version.

Then you'd have to wait someone to, you know... Get a certain english version and put it into a certain japanese version of a certain game of an older platform in a certain file format on a certain site using certain file transfer protocols...
