I really think the Rust comparisons are not very accurate at all. 76 has way more structure and actual things to do in the game. To me, it just feels like Fallout 4 with more room and other people. To be fair though, I haven’t played Rust in a long time, maybe they added a lot more structure and content to it and I

But it’s so not a Rust clone at all. They altered the Fallout 4 engine into a multiple game and it still feels and plays a lot like Fallout 4. This is just a bold-faced lie.

Except this title is being co-developed with another studio and it been no secret that they’ve been working on updating their engine in a complete overhaul for the next games. The improvements to the engine is why there’s a big gap in their schedule now and the sister studio helping is why 76 can fit in here now.

Wow, you are fucking dense. It’s not my fault you changed the direction of this conversation, but to claim that I did is fucking ridiculous. Learn to read and then maybe we can talk. Except, who cares because you are a real goddamn idiot.

I don’t care if other people feel different about something, I care about what is actually happening. Stop inventing something for you to be mad at. It’s pathetic and useless. Also, none of those changes means anything to what we are even talking about. Fallout 76 being a multiplayer game and subtle changes in the

They’ve been building to Fallout 76 since at least Skyrim. At least almost a decades worth of development into getting to Fallout 76. Pretty much everything Elder Scrolls and Fallout since Skyrim has been building to this exact point. This style of game. This kind of emphasis.

Then what’s the problem? If they’re all bad, how does any of this matter then?

Because Bethesda has a release history. If you took ten seconds to look it up you’d notice how they work. They’ve always takes turns between their Elder Scrolls and Fallout IPs and they’re adding Starfield into it now.

This is just asinine reasoning. They are doing something neat with the setting here but they somehow can’t do something neat for the next one because they used it up on this one. That’s just being needlessly pessimistic for no reason.

Lots of people want a AAA survival game, what are smoking? And after having played 8 over the stress test and the beta so far, it nothing like Rust, and it everything like Fallout 4 with a bigger and more spread out map, other people and some basic survival elements.

And it has always been a decade away. Fallout 76 doesn’t change that. There were never going to make Fallout 5 immediately after Fallout 4. We all know this. the biggest reason they are doing 76 is because they have a window right now where they are working on overhauling their engine for Starfield and ES6 and they

Because it’s clearly not. Bethesda mostly makes Single-Player games, but the one time they spin-off their series and do a multiplayer version of it suddenly the sky is falling and they’re never gonna be the same again. That bullshit and it’s just coming from entitled paranoia, not actual evidence. right now they’re

You do know how Bethesda schedules their games, right? This is not a replacement for Fallout 5, Fallout 5 is coming after ES6 and always has. This is a bonus spin-off game co-developed with another studio. They could have never made this and we’d still not be getting Fallout 5 until after ES6. I don’t fucking

I agree that it’s pretty stupid and this same kind of thing happened to me only like a year ago. My brother and I had lunch together and we went to a liquor store after because he needed some rum for a party that weekend, I wasn’t interested in getting anything as I don’t normally drink but the cashier refused to sell

Nah, based on your extremely defensive reply, I just know you’re the type of person who doesn’t want to hear any other opinion besides your own so this conversation doesn’t matter anymore. It doesn’t matter that I wasn’t defending it, I just said paying for cheats isn’t new and since that challenges your over

Wow, you need to get a life if something as pathetic as this gets you so upset.

Because not everyone has the same skill level and free time as everyone else. My cousin was super into a WOW like 10 years ago and was paid by a co-worker to level up his character for them. Some people don’t have time, but they have some extra money, so what’s the actual harm in giving them the option. If the game is

I guess you don’t really remember, because paying for cheats is not new. Game Genie, Game Shark, Nintendo Power, Cheat Code Books, Hint Hotlines are things firmly established within your nostalgia.

If he only sold the rights for one game, then how the hell did he not get upset when they made The Witcher 2 seven years ago? And then when The Witcher 3 was made 3 years ago, where was he? No, I think it much more likely they’re trying to spin this in whatever way they can to get a payday.

But then it still happens. They still have to be laid off. And people will still try to steal stuff. And the longer you give them to dwell on the problems of the company, the longer they’re gonna have to do some shitty stuff. Obviously the guy who was hired only a week before being laid-off, after having relocated for
